Really amazing customer service :) answered all questions via email and instagram when I had issues regarding live specimen policies in customs and even sent a personalized letter to help. Beetles arrived safe and sound and only took roughly a week to arrive. 5/5 excellency overall, would recommend to anyone thinking of starting a colony!
